Yellowstone cabins for 2 families

We are looking for a cabin large enough for 2 families, 9 people. Either in yellowstone or close to it. We need a full kitchen and bathroom facilities in the cabin. We will be traveling sometime in July with 5 teenagers, so extra activities would be nice. Thanks

You won%26#39;t find anything like that inside of Yellowstone. I would search through the hotel and accommodations reviews for West Yellowstone and Gardiner and look at reviews for cabins and resorts. You might also try the chamber of commerce websites for those 2 towns. They are probably going to be your best bet for that type of lodging close to a park entrance. West Yellowstone seems to be more centrally located of the two.

Another place to look would be the VRBO (vacation rental by owner) webpage. While you need to investigate a rental on that closely, we rented a condo at Hilton Head Island SC and the rental was a very smooth and easy process.

Hi we are renting a cabin in West Yellowstone and using it as a base camp for our travels. The one we rented sleeps 8 people and was much more reasonable than getting 2 hotels rooms since there are 7 of us. We rented thru VRBO.com

definitely try VRBO. They rock! Individual owners usually offer a much better deal and a better rental, because they are taking care of it vs. a management company. There are a lot to choose from around Gardiner and Island park if you want to be 1/2 hour away from an entrance to the park.

We have used VRBO many times and had a great experience.
