Can anyone recommend breakfast either at Old Faithful or Lake Yellowstone? Wondering if either has a good breakfast buffet. Thanks

I%26#39;d recommend breakfast out of your ice chest. As summer gets warmer, you need to get up early and get moving to see the wildlife before it gets hot. We generally ate from our ice chest at one of the many picnic areas whenever we were ready rather than on the cafeteria schedules.
We had breakfast bars, mini bagels with cream cheese, grapes and probably some other stuff to eat. It was pretty pleasant doing it that way.
The Lake Lodge has a cafeteria breakfast but I don%26#39;t think its a buffet. We didn%26#39;t look around the Hotel and I don%26#39;t remember eating breakfast at OFI when we stayed there. Dinner was good at both places.
Canyon has a cafeteria. Roosevelt had good breakfasts too. We ate there one day when it was raining.

I believe Old Faithful Inn still has their breakfast buffet - it was fine, not over-sized, nothing cooked to order. They did rotate what they served from day to day, for those who stay there multiple nights. Old Faithful also has a cafeteria. Can%26#39;t help with Lake Yellowstone, have never eaten breakfast at the hotel, but have eaten breakfast at the Lake Cafeteria (in a separate building). Did have both lunch and dinner in the Lake dining room and both were good.
