Anyone every stay/eat at Dornan's in Moose WY

I am booking the last leg of our vacation and since we cannot get any res. at Signal Lodge (which is where we originally had planned on staying) someone else suggested this area. I haven%26#39;t been able to find too much on it and was just thinking of staying right is downtown Jackson Hole since we would be close to the airport. Any thoughts. TIA

We had lunch there in May a couple of years ago. I don%26#39;t remember exactly what we had (sandwiches and beer, I think), but I do know that we both liked it. It seemed to be a pretty popular place.

I just had lunch there last week, and yes, it was popular, but personally, I didn%26#39;t the food was very good. I just had soup and spaghetti and meatballs and didn%26#39;t even finish it (which is not usual for me, especially for spaghetti.) :)

great setting though.

dornans is a great place to visit in the evening to sit on the deck, watch the sun set, %26amp; have dinner. the food is good, maybe not spectacular, but it%26#39;s more of a casual place to eat.

there are several stores that are worth visiting such as ';moosely seconds';, a wine store, %26amp; a couple of other shops.

i%26#39;ve noticed some cabins along the river %26amp; maybe a campground but know very little about staying there. if it were me %26amp; i%26#39;d probably stay in jackson for a night. it%26#39;s a great town with a lot to do %26amp; great places to eat.

Thanks. after some researching I think we are going to be staying in Jackson since there will be much more for the kids to do plus we will be close to the airport to fly home. Thanks for the input!
