Has anyone heard anything about the Hotel Terra?

i think this is one of the newly opened hotels in teton village. have no idea about it but i%26#39;m sure it%26#39;s nice if it%26#39;s at teton. i just prefer staying in downtown jackson.

I haven%26#39;t been to the Tetons since I was 19--- many many years ago. Why do you like the downtown area better? I need help with what area is the best to stay in.

We like downtown Jackson too. It is close to the Shootout, museums, restaurants, etc. That is where we stayed last year and will stay again this year.

downtown jackson is just such a neat town. everything centers around the square...all the shops, the shootout, cowboy bar, tons of good restaurants, etc.

i like visiting teton village in the summer but unless you%26#39;re going to hike up rendevous mountain, want to do spa treatments, or want to practice on the climbing wall, there%26#39;s just not as much to see. we usually go out to the mangy moose for dinner or if they have a good band will sit in the bar.
