Jackson to Moab stopover

Hi can anyone reccomend a good hotel,with pool between Jackson and Moab, 1 night July.Somewhere scenic if possible.

Since no one has answered... I can give a few places to look. Salt Lake City area would be a place to stop. Maybe look at Park City, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude ski areas. Summer at ski areas is always nice.

Also in SLC there are nice hotels etc.

I have not been the area in many years. Hopefully this BUMP will attract some locals, I know there are many. You may also want to post on the UT forums.

Thanks for your suggestion, i think we will stay in Park City,we would like to try the alpine slide.

Another option is not to drive via Salt Lake City to Moab but via Rock Springs, Flaming Gorge NRA, Vernal, through western Colorado to Grand Junction (Colorado NM) and scenic 128 to Moab. Flaming Gorge is about half way and for a very scenic location try the Red Canyon Lodge. Awesome!! (www.redcanyonlodge.com)
