Summer Trip

Can someone help me plan a 15-18 day trip in July of August

Flying into Jackson, and going to Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Glacier National Park, Calgary, Banff, and Jasper

- with this trip would it be better flying out of Calgary, or Edonton? What about also going to Waterton Lakes National Park, considering it is not much out of the way

-Can you rent a car in the U.S, and return it in Canada?

We went to Yellowstone and Glacier in 2006. 3 days in Yellowstone and 6 in Glacier. I%26#39;d recomment 5 in Yellowstone and 4 or 5 in Glacier. I can%26#39;t help with the others but would be interested in hearing about them after the fact.

Summer Trip

That sounds like a fabulous trip. We are going to Rocky Mountain NP for a week after visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton in July. Someone we kow suggested that we might be disappointed in RMNP after seeing GTNP. I hope they are wrong.

We had originally toyed with going to Glacier during this trip. I guess we%26#39;ll have to come back.

I am guessing that you cannot rent a car in the US and drop it off in Canada. But that%26#39;s a great question. I%26#39;ll ask my brother in law. He works for Avis.

I doubt that you can get rooms in the park but hopefully those outside the park are not full. I made my resrvations in Jan. and early Feb. and we are going late May, early June when the summer season is not in full swing.
