Old Faithful area dinner.. Which place?

We will have one night at Old Faithful... staying in a cabin at OF Lodge. We want to have a nice dinner.. should we make reservations at the Old Faithful Inn Dining room for the historic atmosphere or the Snow Lodge Obsidian room???

Anyone been to either or both??

Yikes.. just realized that Obsidian Room does not take ressie%26#39;s in the summer. Is it worth waiting in line for dinner?

Another recommendation for OFI. Surf and turf there is elk and trout which surprised me but shouldn%26#39;t have.
