Day 8 Drive to East Entrance of Yellowstone and on to Old Faithful.

Day 9 %26amp; 10 Canyon

Day 11 Roosevelt

Day 15 Fly out of SLC

Itinerary- Revised

i don%26#39;t know where you are staying but i%26#39;d eat dinner one night at the yellowstone lake hotel. you%26#39;ll need advance reservations. sitting around the hotel at night waiting for your reservation is an experience. you can watch the sun set over the lake %26amp; listen to the piano player. the food is the best in the park imo.

you don%26#39;t have to be big hikers to enjoy ynp. there are some very short walks (1 mile) around the canyon area %26amp; those are a must to see the falls. a float trip down the snake is a great way to relax %26amp; take pics.

while in the teton area i%26#39;d go to dornans one night to sit on their deck, eat dinner outside over looking the snake river %26amp; staring at the tetons.

Itinerary- Revised

I am staying in the park at the lodges in each area listed above. I have a reservation at OF restaurant now. I%26#39;ll have to consider Lake too. I do have a Snake River Float trip booked one morning. Thanks for the additional ideas.

I think this is a great plan! I%26#39;m glad to see you include Estes and RMNP (a real gem). Day 3 will be quite the drive and will take longer than most map programs show, but is fine. You may want to stop in Cheyenne for lunch and a visit to the Old West Museum or the Historic Train Depot Museum and have lunch.

Don%26#39;t skip Jackson Hole, it%26#39;s really fun to walk around the square on the board walk, visit the Million Dollar Bar and just enjoy.
